Before a Review - Checking Progress Since the Last Review

This workflow allows users to check the state-of-play since the previous review.

Features

• When preparing for a review that is scheduled to take place, Assessors, Learners and Employers can access the review record to view details following the previous review. When viewing the specific review record, there is a section called 'Since the Last Progress Review' which surfaces an overview for what has happened since the previous review with the learner.
• 'Since the Last Progress Review' surfaces the following details:

1) Previous progress review notes - this read-only field displays the 'Overall Review Summary' of the previous Progress Review with the learner. In the event the review record being viewed is the first Progress Review with the learner booked through Apprenticeship Management, then a notice will display in it's place to show that as it's the first review, there is no previous summary to display.

2) Off-The-Job Hours - this will display the Off-The-Job progress of the learner.

3) Evidence - this will display the Evidence progress of the learner.

4) Tasks from previous reviews - this will surface a list of the follow-up Tasks captured from previous reviews. There is logic in place to surface Tasks that will be relevant to the discussion:

i) Incomplete - Apprenticeship Management will surface Tasks from any past review with the learner when the Task has the status 'Incomplete'.

ii) Completed - Apprenticeship Management will surface Tasks from the previous review with the learner when the Task has the status 'Completed'.

In the event the review record is the first review booked through Apprenticeship Management, then the list won't display any records.

• Other areas in Apprenticeship Management, such as the learner's Tasks in their To Do list, the Evidence and Timelog areas, and areas for Functional Skills courses can be accessed within Apprenticeship Management to further support the review discussion where applicable.
