Features

The following features are been explored as additions to the Progress Review workflow in Apprenticeship Management coming soon:

• AI Auto-Fill Agent - Assessors can upload the transcript document following a Teams meeting into the Review Record. By leveraging OneAdvanced's AI capabilities, the agent will review the content of the transcript, analyse existing data such as notes and Tasks within the Review Record, then automatically populate the Review's notes, Tasks, Overall Review Summary and then attach the transcript to the Review Record as an optional step. (This feature will require an active licence for OneAdvanced AI).
• Historical Progress Data - Provide further insights into the specific Off-the-Job and Evidence records that have been logged since the learner's previous Progress Review. Once a Review Record is locked, the data freezes within the Review Record to display what the learner's progress was at the point the Progress Review occurred. The following Progress Review will indicate the distance travelled since the last review by leveraging the frozen data stored.
• Light-Forms Solution - Administrator users in Apprenticeship Management can build a light-touch form with their own customised fields, names and sections. The Admin can control editing and viewing access to individual fields and implement auto-saving when an end-user fills the field in. A configured Form can replace the default notes within a Progress Review Record and render natively within the record.
